John 15:26 – 16:4
The world is not easily won to God
We are stubborn in our sins
Each last one
Expel you from the synagogue
Put some of you to death
The warning comes before his own last breath
So laissez faire and easy does it
Will not do at all
But be alert and on your guard the while
Trouble can fall upon us
When everything is quiet
Each day must find you at your post
And pray each day yes try it
He calls us to be witnesses
In everything we do
The example of our life to shape the world
More than what we think or write
The way we live each day
Leaves witness to all who see us
Follow in this way
