It’s time I read a book again
Time to read a book
Let somebody talk to me
Get some other look
Get to see a wider world
See the feelings there
Time to go outside again
Time for some fresh air
I’m lucky in my family
Parents siblings dog
Aunts and uncles cousins
Open up a blog
In my loss I’m not alone
Family around
But what about the lonely ones
The world with them abounds
That’s why the great commandment
Urges us to love
Some people don’t have family
Or anyone to love
Or be loved by if truth be told
Left all on their own
It’s vital that we love be bold
And make this world our own
