Every day
There is a word of God for you
Today the word is
Ask – you shall receive
What shall I ask for?
What should I desire?
A heart for love
A heart for love on fire
Ask for what would make your life complete
What is it that I lack?
That I seek
Not things for sure
I have enough of them
Not pleasures entertainments
Not cruises in the Med
It’s the joy of being me
And being good
Of being energy for others
Of being understood
It’s the dignity that came
When I was born
I’d like that please
And yes this very morn
