This church says you are welcome
Come inside
There is room for all
The walls are tall and wide
Pictures on the walls
There are chapels at the side
The lights are on
It is dark outside
Plenty pews
The people sit apart
Respectful of Covid
Yet so full of heart
Here to spend an hour
Prayerful on their part
Evening Mass
The priest about to start
Disciples ask the Lord
Where do you live?
Come and see he says
And so they do
His own question had been
What are you looking for?
Keep asking that each day
It will see you through
