Ronaldo is on a mission
What will he do now?
After years of adulation from the crowd
It’s a struggle to discover
What lies out beyond
The turning in the road
The noise so loud
We all must face the mystery of tomorrow
And validation comes from deep within
Our audience is not our validation
To think so a mistake even a sin
The audience is around us every day
The people of the world
Companions all
And you a gift to them
If you but see it
Life is calling don’t stay in your stall
The purpose of your life?
To find yourself
To know the gift the good Lord gave to you
And simply share your days
With those around you
You have living yet to do
