I saw a mountain peak
As the coach drove up the road
A pointy pyramid
In its snow abode
Further on I looked again
And found that it had changed
Now a table mountain
Everything rearranged
So this is ‘point of view’ I thought
The way we see the world
Depends upon where we’re standing
As everything unfurls
The same with life itself I find
Now I’m 75
Each day I wake the feeling is
Just glad to be alive
Each stage of life has point of view
The vision that we see
And what we see is all we see
Makes perfect sense to me
But others see it differently
Further along the road
No need to cross each other out
Nor kick against the goad
