Houses tumbling down
Natural disaster
To add to Taliban
War unending in Ukraine
People lying dead
Killed by heartless autocrats
Not right in the head
Local builders Bridge of Allan
Son extends his house
A forever home he’s thinking
For children family – mouse?
For Robert in his farmer’s field
Upset the local station
Drove out a mouse from his own bield
A sorry aggravation
Each life a local edifice
Build upon a rock
The word of God to steady us
Against a world of knocks
Let sorrow come let storms arise
Let rain fall from the sky
Stand rooted in the word of God
All evil to defy
