In the corner of my room
I have my silent chair
The place I sit when breakfast time is done
This is my Opus Dei
Where the work of God is done
Where silence is encouraged
And daily life begun
The edifice I build today
Starts with this foundation
As in the Reds with meditation time
This holy space no empty space
But powerful pause and start
A spiritual interchange
Its agenda for the heart
Come back to me with all your heart
The Lord calls out today
And sit still in my company
I’ll show you now the way
You’re looking for life’s answers still
And where contentment lies
The trick is the right questions
Find them and find surprise
