I’ve lived my life
Though it’s not over
What do I do next?
Use what you’ve learned
To help another
No need for getting vexed
No demands are made of me
No work I have to do
Except to live life every day
And try now to be true
If what you do
Has no love
It’s just a waste of time
So much energy down the drain
So much life a crime
The Lord I met
At the dawn of day
Is with me in old age
To walk with him
In steady step
Until I leave the page
