‘Irish Wildflowers’ the caption said
In the shop in Louisburg
And I lonely after losing Margaret
Knew it would be mine
A carpet of bluebells in a wood
Sunlight bright through trees
Black edged frame
Appropriately
This is Margaret to me
She was Irish-born
In Dublin town
Of Sligo family
And wildflower yes
She was beautiful
And stubborn as the wind
