Sociology opened my eyes to conditioning
How we live in bubbles of the mind
Do not think outside the box
Find it hard to change our clocks
When everything is going along just fine
Forced adoptions now before us
Reveal a world of moral stricture
Pregnant females punished for their crime
Treated badly babies sadly
Given to others welcomed gladly
Got the picture mothers do the time
Taking boys to seminary
Barely out of nursery
Dedicated youngsters for the Lord
Lost to families forever
Clothed in black all contact sever
Clerical functionaries across the board
States and churches develop systems
How to operate and fit in
How it’s done and how it’s set on stone
No one questions what ‘s decided
No suggestions will be considered
Do your job leave all else alone
The Lord himself the warning gave us
A day will come when people kill you
And think they do a holy thing for God
Let us begin with states and systems
There are always those unanswered questions
Why is this? How did it get the nod?
